Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth objectives of INNOVATE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing:

    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and SEO.
    • Create and manage content for the company website, blog, and social media channels to increase online presence and engagement.
    • Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Content Creation:

    • Write and edit compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, case studies, and press releases.
    • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing collateral.
  • Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote INNOVATEs services and solutions.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Management:

    • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars.
    • Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and promote events through various channels.
  • Brand Management:

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
    • Monitor and maintain the company's brand image and reputation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the IT or technology sector is a plus.
