Project Manager - Construction Industry

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, overseeing, and leading construction projects from inception to completion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will span both on-site activities and project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and providing support to a team of on-site operatives on a daily basis.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards within the organization.
• Overseeing the timely and high-quality execution of project works.
• Generating various inspection and quality reports.
• Regularly communicating with contractors to provide updates on project progress.
• Professional interaction with the main contractor, including the completion of on-site work and documentation for handover.
• Timely submission of weekly day works sheets to the office.
• Participation in weekly update meetings with senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure and taking the initiative.
