About the job Technical Project Manager LMS & HRIS Integration (Contract)
Were currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a focused project for one of our clients in the commercial services sector, centred around enhancing employee onboarding and training automation.
The core objective is to integrate a new Learning Management System (LMS) with their existing TMS (v8) platform, streamline employee onboarding, and support the rollout of role-specific, trackable training content. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements, managing implementation, testing functionality, and delivering a user-friendly, scalable solution.
Key Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience delivering SaaS integrations, ideally involving TMS or HRIS platforms and LMS platforms such as TalentLMS or similar

Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, learning automation, and digital employee experience

Excellent project planning, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Technical aptitude to work with APIs and platform integrations (experience with One Advanced TMS a distinct advantage)

Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and training record-keeping standards

Ability to coordinate with internal HR/IT teams, vendors, and third-party content providers

Experience managing change management or user training as part of rollout
