Were currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a focused project for one of our clients in the commercial services sector, centred around enhancing employee onboarding and training automation.

The core objective is to integrate a new Learning Management System (LMS) with their existing TMS (v8) platform, streamline employee onboarding, and support the rollout of role-specific, trackable training content. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements, managing implementation, testing functionality, and delivering a user-friendly, scalable solution.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience delivering SaaS integrations, ideally involving TMS or HRIS platforms and LMS platforms such as TalentLMS or similar

  • Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, learning automation, and digital employee experience

  • Excellent project planning, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Technical aptitude to work with APIs and platform integrations (experience with One Advanced TMS a distinct advantage)

  • Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and training record-keeping standards

  • Ability to coordinate with internal HR/IT teams, vendors, and third-party content providers

  • Experience managing change management or user training as part of rollout

Details:

  • Location: Remote (EU-based) or hybrid from Ireland prefered

  • Start Date: July 2025

  • Duration: ~34 months

  • Day Rate: Please advise your expected rate

  • Timeline includes: discovery & scoping, system integration, user testing, content implementation and launch
