Google Workspace Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist

We are seeking a Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist to deliver Google‑origin workloads as part of a wider tenant consolidation programme, with a strong focus on permissions and sharing recreation.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate Google Drive personal data to Microsoft 365
• Migrate Google Shared Drives to SharePoint Online
• Recreate Google Drive permissions and sharing models accurately
• Migrate Google Workspace Gmail where required
• Handle Google‑specific edge cases and limitations
• Support validation and remediation of migrated Google data
• Work independently within a wider Microsoft‑led migration programme

Required Experience (Essential)

• Proven experience migrating Google Workspace to Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of:
  • Google Drive vs Shared Drive permission models
  • Mapping Google permissions to SharePoint / OneDrive
• Experience working with incomplete or summary‑level discovery
• Familiarity with ShareGate or equivalent Google migration tooling

Desirable Experience

• Education or public‑sector environments
• Hybrid Microsoft / Google estates
• Complex permission or external sharing scenarios
