We're looking to hire Onboarding Assistants for one of the largest Real Estate company in the UAE.

Job Purpose

The Onboarding Administrator plays an instrumental role in helping new hires, business partners and transitioning team members to be highly successful at client.

This role will oversee many day-to-day Onboarding logistics and administrative duties while assisting the Onboarding Manager in helping new hires better understand the client culture, explaining how client fits into the One-client ecosystem and routinely measuring the onboarding programs overall performance.


Job Description

Assist the Onboarding manager with ensuring new hires/ new business partners and transitioning team members/ transitioning business partners receive the right onboarding information at the right time (positively contributing to their future success at client)!

Routinely validate transitioning team member and new hire data for accuracy (transition & new hire dates, location for each start, etc)

Manage and communicate the client information session calendar and event logistics (reserving conference rooms based on # of attendees, setting up AV equipment, managing the PowerPoint presentation and facilitating an event were all attendees feel appreciated and welcomed)

Routinely monitor new hire onboarding dashboard while raising awareness to hires that have outstanding tasks to complete

Update request, update new hire and transfer onboarding portal content, workflow, videos, timing of auto-notifications

Contract – 6 months extendable
