Hiring a Sales Executive for one of the legally-recognized and licensed manpower company based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities 

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Set up meetings with potential clients Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Setting personal monthly targets to achieve and creating plans to take actions.

Make Calls, send Company profiles, Agreement, follow up, negotiate rates, close the deal.

Set up appointments with BDM or Sales Manager, if appropriate. Identify customers’ needs, take details and forward to the right person for taking actions.

Comfort the client and seize opportunities to upsell other services when they arise.

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra miles to  acquire new clients and manage existing customer relations. 


Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English

Fast learner and passion for project sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Strong Communication and negotiation skills

Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage

Experience with Oil & Gas, Off Shore, Construction, Engineering, etc. is an added advantage.

Must have a strong client relations and negotiation skills.

In addition to the above, proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
