Job Details

Prepare LOTO certificate and documents according to system / subsystem commissioning procedure.

Responsible for issuing Commissioning Permit To Work & Ensure that PTW are signed by signing authority (Commissioning Manager).

Preparation of commissioning area, system or package with issued CCC (Construction Completion Certificate) from the construction team.

Ensure that the commissioning area are barricade and signage are I in place before NOE (Notice Of Energization) issued.

Coordinate to the Sub-contractor/Contractor about the activity inside the commissioning area.

Perform Filing/Organized all Hard copy and Soft copy PTW documents, Memorandum, Construction Completion Certificate (CCC), Notice Of Energization (NOE)  etc.

Prepare Commissioning Permit to work weekly activity report.      



Requirements

Bachelor’s/diploma: Electrical  Engineering or any other engineering

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Languages: English (Mandatory)

Proven minimum 5 to 8 years of work experience as LOCK-OUT , TAG-OUT system according to the safety commissioning procedure. or similar role in construction industry.

Familiarity with Commissioning Permit to work.

Previous work history must demonstrate sufficient ability to assume the responsibilities and carry out the tasks of this position.
