About the job Workforce Staffing ManagerWe're looking to hire a talented and commited high-volume Recruitment Manager for one of the largest E-commerce companies in the world.
Liaise with stakeholder management at the regional level including but not limited to operations, HR, finance, legal services, etc. based on trust in establishing and maintaining consistent levels of working relationships across all sites.
Determine the hiring strategy with the country, considering local market conditions and cost per hire.
Use multiple channels in sourcing and keep current on recruiting sourcing trends (relevant to high-volume hiring) both in sourcing directly and via third party suppliers.
Management of all KPIs and relevant data and reports.
Support the High Volume recruitment process from initial candidate contact to on-boarding ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Partner with agencies to set the Workforce Staffing vision and monitor agency scorecard completion.
We're looking for:
Someone having solid experience in people management, excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working with internal and external clients.
Should have strong analytical capacity to examine and find solutions to a variety of operational challenges.
Proficient in HR and Recruitment, with an impressive track record for achieving results in a similar fast-paced logistics, distribution, manufacturing or engineering environment.
Is willing to work flexibly and to spend the time needed to complete the job. Is willing to relocate if necessary.
Possess an ideally qualified degree in HR or a discipline related to the supply chain, logistics or manufacturing.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Must possess hiring knowledge and experience of the Saudi market.
