Job Description

Position: Call Center Agent
Contract: temporary 6 months
Salary: AED 3,500
Work Location: Abu Dhabi & Ras Al Khaimah

You'll be required to: 

Respond to incoming calls.
Address Critical issues like: Card blocking, fraud reporting, etc.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Provide relevant product and services information to the customer.
Route calls to respective sources.

We're looking for:

Fresh Graduates having excellent English and Arabic speaking skills.
Candidates located in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.
Candidates holding a valid UAE residence visa: Sponsors/Freelance/Employment visa with NOC.
Candidates who can join immediately.
Candidates who are flexible with rotational shifts.
