This is a unique opportunity to join as the first full-time sales hire, own the sales process end-to-end, and help shape the future of our sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying leads to pitching and closing deals with U.S.-based construction companies.
  • Prospect New Opportunities: Identify and engage potential clients, including warm and semi-warm leads.
  • Conduct Consultative Sales Meetings: Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase ICPs value.
  • CRM Management: Track all activity, pipeline progress, and client communications in the CRM.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with leadership to refine sales processes and improve the client journey.
  • Potential Account Management: Support onboarding and early relationship management for new clients as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales - ideally in a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working remotely.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the construction industry
