Job Overview
We are seeking a BIM Modeler to support our clients design, drafting, and prefabrication workflows. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the modeling process, particularly for prefabricated piping systems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Revit, an understanding of BIM Level 200-400 standards, and experience creating prefabricated piping drawings. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with a highly skilled team while helping streamline project delivery and improve construction outcomes.
Responsibilities
BIM Modeling & Drafting
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit, with a focus on piping and mechanical systems.
- Create prefabricated piping drawings at BIM Level 300-400 to support fabrication and installation.
- Interpret and integrate AutoCAD files when needed to support project coordination.
- Maintain model accuracy and adherence to company BIM standards and workflows.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in coordination efforts, contributing to clash detection and model integration.
- Adapt to established team processes while providing feedback to improve efficiency.
Process & Documentation
- Ensure that all models and drawings are documented and organized according to project requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in BIM workflows and prefabrication processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (preferred, not required).
- Understanding of the BIM process, including Levels 200, 300, and 400.
- Experience with prefabricated piping drawings at BIM Level 300400.
- Strong ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to established workflows while contributing to process improvements.
- Fluency in English.
