Language : Mandarin (Read + Speak + write), English(Read + Speak + write)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Recruiter with expertise in BPO hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, and technical support roles, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment process for BPO roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers).

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and networking.

* Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate communication skills, domain knowledge, and job fit.

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

* Schedule and facilitate interviews with operations and client teams.

* Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.

* Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) for filling open positions.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain high candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* SPM / Diploma / Degree

* 6 months-1year of proven experience in BPO recruitment (voice & non-voice).

* Excellent sourcing skills on job portals and social media platforms.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

* Good understanding of BPO hiring trends and candidate market.

* Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools.
