About the job Operations Manager

Work Schedule: Any 5 days working, 9 hours between 8 AM 9 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team.

Manage large teams including Team Leaders, Agents, and Quality Analysts (Vehicle Safety Operator)

Drive performance, compliance, and process excellence.

Work closely with trainers to ensure operators are fully compliant with Japan driving laws and safety protocols.

Prepare reports, monitor SLAs, and ensure client expectations are met.

Must Have:

Proven experience managing large BPO/operations teams.

Strong leadership, team handling, and people management skills.

Clean Driving License with complete knowledge of Japan driving laws (driving test to be cleared, cost borne by Client).
