MAIN DUTIES:

About the Role

As a Technical Consultant Engineer at INSEE, you will be part of an innovative bag cement solution provider team. This position focuses on developing and promoting appropriate cement applications to the market, solving technical complaints, and guiding the market positioning of bag cement solutions. You will work closely with influencers during the design phase to improve sales opportunities and represent INSEE in technical consulting activities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide technical consulting on the efficient usage of INSEE solutions and coordinate trial mix activities.

+ Collaborate with Retail Sale, Project Sale, and DryMix Sale to define customer needs and approach projects.

+ Resolve technical complaints from customers and ensure proper job priority settlement.

+ Build strong relationships with the distributor system, construction companies, and contractors to improve customer loyalty.

+ Maintain effective internal networking and teamwork with Marketing, Manufacturing, Customer Care, and other departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Materials.

+ Good hands-on knowledge of cement, concrete, and mortar.

+ 2-3 years of work experience in civil construction.

+ Presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills; business exposure is preferred.

+ Proficient in MS Office; English proficiency at the Intermediate level.
