ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will plan, organize, and control sales activities within your assigned area to achieve and exceed sales volume and contribution targets. You will act as the key representative of INSEE, managing distributor relationships and ensuring our market presence remains strong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Planning & Execution

  • Develop monthly and weekly sales plans, breaking down targets to specific retailers to ensure goals are met.

  • Execute administrative tasks including sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor analysis to prepare proposals for line managers.

  • Follow up on the Market Coverage Plan (MCP) by visiting retailers to improve INSEE bag intensified distributions.

2. Distributor & Channel Management

  • Propose and build an efficient network of distributors in the assigned territory.

  • Cooperate with distributors to implement sales and marketing activities/programs in the assigned market.

  • Proactively manage distributors to ensure compliance with INSEE policies (e.g., pricing, territory management, and controlling "over-sales").

  • Ensure the physical distribution flow from the INSEE plant to the end-user runs efficiently with high customer satisfaction.

3. Market Intelligence & Communication

  • Conduct market intelligence activities and gather feedback from customers regarding products, services, and sales policies.

  • Share critical information regarding the market, customers, competitors, and promotions with the line manager and internal teams.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Cooperate with Technical Support to provide consultancy to end-users or solve customer complaints via the Customer Complain Tracking System (CCTS).

  • Work with Regional Marketing Supervisors to organize workshops and trade marketing promotions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree (B.A.) is required.

  • At least 01 year of working experience in sales, specifically in building materials or household products.

  • Existing relationships with construction-related bodies are highly preferable.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Solid planning and sales management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PowerPoint.

  • Technical knowledge regarding products and concrete is a strong advantage.
