[Nhơn Trạch] CCR Operator

JOB PURPOSE

Operates Cement production line and Packing system in CCR of Grinding Station safety and effectively to ensure no harm to people, equipment and environment.
Maximize Cement production volume and products dispatch volume with minimum energy consumption and good quality without compromising health & safety regulations, environment policies and Vietnamese legislation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Health & Safety and Environment responsibility Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 and H&S rules

• Ensure employees, visitors, third party providers and contractors in compliance with all company QEHS policy, procedures, standards, rules and regulations
• Closely monitor alarm signals in CCR to discover abnormal situation
• Strictly follow up SWIs, work permit system to avoid the equipment operated in dangerous situations where people may be injured or equipment may be damaged or environment negatively impacted
• Participate in FPE implementation as assigned

2. CCR equipment operation and control Follow up WIs and daily operation instructions

• Control operation parameters to ensure good quality, optimum federate, low emission, no spillage/blockage and low energy consumption
• Troubleshoot upset conditions of equipment to bring the system back to normal operation
• Coordinate with shift maintenance personnel to shutdown equipment for planned and unplanned maintenance activities
• Coordinate with shift production personnel to fix operational issues and operate equipment locally
  Communicate with relating personnel in case of operational incidents

3. Product quality control Test, analyze and adjust quality of Cement

• Control operation parameters, follow up strictly troubleshooting procedures and take action timely to ensure the quality controlled properly
• Communicate with maintenance to calibrate weighing equipment and monitoring devices properly
• Monitor and control use of correct kind of materials and proper rate in production process

4. Reporting and supporting activities Record operation data in the log sheet SIC

• Record incidents and equipment breakdowns happened in shift in the operation log book and SAP
• Supervise repair activities and execute tasks in Plant shutdowns

5. People development Implement individual KPIs

• Follow up multi skills training program
• Instruct CCR operation trainees

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

DUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma of college or vocational school in Chemistry or Mechanics or Electricity
• Capability to communicate fluently in English (TOEIC 300 or equivalent)
• Computer skills: MS office
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred
  

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years working in cement industry
• At least 2 years working at technician position in production
