MAIN DUTIES:

1. Developing & managing Brand Assets

  • Responsible for planning and implementing brand-related materials and touchpoints to ensure consistent and impactful brand visibility across channels.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure brand toolkits, POSM, and signage materials align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Planning & managing POSM & Signage allocation & Execution for tracking efficiency
  • Manage inventory and timely distribution of brand materials to relevant stakeholders.

2. Packaging & Product Portfolio Management

  • Managing packaging design with internal teams; follow up on revisions, approvals, and production timelines.
  • Liaise with PRC & suppliers to manage sample requests, monitor quality, and ensure timely delivery of physical packaging samples.
  • Maintain updated product portfolio documentation (SKU list, certifications, licenses, value propositions).
  • Support the process of registering trademarks, packaging visuals, and product designs with relevant authorities or legal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all assets meet brand, legal, and compliance standards.

3. Brand Engagement

  • Assist in deploying brand campaigns across selected media channels (social media, e-commerce, in-store displays), ensuring alignment with key messaging and segment profiles
  • Develop and maintain engagement platform for connecting and building up value propositions bag segment
  • Analyze the effectiveness of engagement programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics as expected

4. Customer Engagement & Loyalty Program

  • Propose and implement customer engagement & loyalty programs to establish a direct connection with the market and end-users.
  • Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to encourage and convince contractor participation and engagement to increase conversion rate from Non-INSEE user to INSEE user
  • Support loyalty program execution including planning, executing content rollout, member communications, and redemption tracking, in alignment with brand tone.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of engagement programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics as expected

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, brand communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Offices

2. Relevant Experience

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in brand management and customer engagement or loyalty
  • Well experienced in working with CRM system/loyalty platform,
  • 1-2 years project management
