JOB PURPOSE

To safely execute and control Ecocycle operations at Cat Lai Terminal, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling, destruction activities, and the receipt and delivery of packaging, ensuring full compliance with INSEE standards and customer requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

+ Execute and control Ecocycle operations at Cat Lai, including handling hazardous and non-hazardous waste, destruction activities, and packaging receipt and delivery.

+ Ensure full compliance with INSEE Health, Safety, Environment & Compliance standards and customer requirements.

+ Monitor safety, conduct risk assessments, inspect firefighting systems, spill kits, and emergency response equipment.

+ Plan and supervise activities at storage areas, jetty, and during loading/unloading operations.

+ Prepare monthly reports on storage, transportation, and waste destruction.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education:

Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, or Environmental Engineering.

English: TOEIC 400.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in hazardous waste handling and supervisory experience in a large company.

Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Ability to plan and supervise operations.

Knowledge of safety and environmental procedures.
