MAIN DUTIES:

1. Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility

  • Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 and SDD-ENV-PR-07
  • Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue.

2. Position Cement Industry as premium supplier & Achieve or exceed targeted sales levels in a sustainable manner

  • Supervise market surveys and studies to identify new clients and projects
  • Promote the differentiated positioning of Projects on the market (VAS, presales, KAM,)
  • Planning and monitoring daily work of Sales team to achieve weekly/monthly sales forecast

3. Credit controlling & risk management

  • Weekly/Monthly review payment plan vs actual payment
  • Review customer statement/CIC report to provide reasonable credit

4. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

  • Closely working with customers and give feedback to supporting Dept on time
  • Giving feedback to customers on time

5. Planning & reporting

  • Providing weekly/monthly/yearly sales forecast
  • Providing monthly Sales report to Dashboard
  • Working closely with customers/projects list to track and get win the Sales volume

REQUIREMENTS:

  • EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
    Preferable education background in Economic, Construction Management or Civil Engineer with University degree/master

    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • Strong working experience in construction related-sales with minimum 3 years of experience in construction related.
  • Extensive knowledge of Vietnam construction industry.
  • Extensive market contacts.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skill.
  • Ability to provide commercial and technical focus.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
  • Proven ability to develop and build relationship.
  • Self - motivated, out of the box thinking.
