Key Responsibilities

+ Market Expansion: Initiate contact with potential Chinese customers and generate new leads to maintain a consistent sales pipeline.

+ Account Management: Engage with customers through regular meetings and site visits to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships.

+ Strategic Research: Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends to provide insights for product and marketing improvements.

+ Sales Performance: Drive revenue and EBITDA growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

+ Communication & Translation: Serve as the primary bridge by translating business communications and documents between Chinese and Vietnamese/English.

Requirements

+ Education: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, professional selling, or key account management.

+ Language: Native or fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory, with a minimum certification of HSK5.

+ Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction engineering sector is a strong advantage.

+ Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a logical thinking mindset.

+ Competencies: Results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of collaborating across diverse teams.
