I. MAIN DUTIES:
1. Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility
- Comply with all INSEE H&S rules and regulations
- To co-ordinate with the HR department, Supply Chain functional departments to set up safety training courses for SC staffs and contractor workers.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain functional departments in periodical inspection for safety, labor sanitation and investigate & total up accidents, incidents in the company
- To take part in meetings for acceptance and hand over for operation of workshops, machines, new constructed facilities, installations after the implementation in order to present his view on labor protection aspects
- To suspend in case of emergency or request the Supply Chain area owner where a breach of law or risk is identified to suspend the operations in order to take necessary measures to ensure labor protection and simultaneously report to the Supply Chain Director
2. Monitoring H&S System and Implementation
- Coordinate with Supply Chain area owner conducting an identification assessment and analysis of the Hazardous activities within Operation and Transportation
- Coordinate with the Operations and Transportation departments to compile all material, human resources for developing an annual Supply Chain safety improvement plan and in co-ordinate and arrange for their implementation
- Regurlarly conduct safety observation in Supply Chain areas at all plant of INSEE and report finding, the safety observation include: 1. Working at heights
2. Isolation and Lock out
3. Vehicle and Traffic safety
4. Lifting and Supporting Load
5. Working near water.
3. Contractors safety management
- To set up a system, coorporate with both Transportation and Operation to document and tracking CSM completeness of all SCN contrators
- Providing technical support in the implementation process
- Maintaining all relevant documents & records in CSM prequalification process
4. Achievement of OHS objectives & target
- Numbers of workers for both Operation and Transportation have been trained and comply with FPE W@H; I&S; V&T; L&SL; WnW
- Number of equipment that has been inspected by internal and external as required by relevant procedure.
- Extent to which golden rules have been implemented at each operation
- Level of compliance with safety management controls for loading and unloading cement dispatch areas and warehouse facilities
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree of technical education
- Knowledge OHS management system in heavy industry (preferred)
- Familiar in business English (such as making English reports....)
- Open to frequent travel to sites in daily/weekly basis (company transportation provided from HCMC Zoo/Hang Xanh), currently HCMC sites (Hiep Phuoc, Cat Lai, Thi Vai)
- 3-5 years of experienced in OH&S in manufacturing industries
- Good inter-personal communication skills.
- Experienced working in multi-cultural environment and ability of negotiation
- Ability to communicate, investigate and analyze an incident / accident
- ISO 9001, 14001 and 18000 auditor
