I. JOB PURPOSE:

  • Be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plan and programs that strengthen INSEE's brand presence, drive demand, and support sales growth across all distribution channels
  • This role bridges marketing and sales by translating brand and business objectives into impactful trade initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs, channel dynamics, and market opportunities
  • The position oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, merchandising standards, and trade events, while building strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and contractors to maximize market penetration and brand loyalty.

II. MAIN DUTIES:

1.Trade Marketing planning & Deployment

  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans in line with brand and business objectives
  • Translate market insights, channel dynamics, and competitive intelligence into actionable trade programs
  • Allocate and manage trade marketing budgets to optimize ROI
  • Business development plan quarterly, yearly

2. Channel & Customer Development

  • Build customer-centric programs for distributors, retailers, and contractors to increase product visibility, preference, and loyalty
  • Collaborate with sales to tailor activities per channel (B2C, contractors) and regional needs
  • Establish win-win partnerships with key trade stakeholders.
  • Satisfaction of customers

3. Trade Promotion Management

  • Design, execute, and evaluate trade promotions to drive sell-out
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, pricing policy, and ROI expectations
  • Monitor competitive promotions and market share movements
  • Monitor accrue and payment process to avoid the impact of Gap accrue vs actual to net selling price monthly
  • Budget management

4. Market Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Possesses advanced analytical skills and can handle sophisticated data analysis technique
  • Uses data-driven insights to identify opportunities and risks, guiding strategic decision-making

  • Demonstrates the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights effectively

  • Track market trends, channel performance, and customer behavior

  • Identify growth opportunities and gaps through data-driven analysis

  • Present actionable insights to leadership for decision-making

  • Identify and anticipate customer requirements, expectations and needs

5. Innovative to improve business results

  • Develops and implements innovative strategies or initiatives that yield significant results
  • Innovative to define new ideas for implementing new, differentiated program; simplify and improve faster payment to increase customers satisfaction and loyalty
  • Encourages a culture of innovation within the team or organization, fostering creativity and experimentation

6. Point-of-Sale (POSM) & Merchandising

  • Oversee POSM design, production, and distribution to ensure brand visibility
  • Implement merchandising standards and audit compliance across the network
  • Trade visibility reward/reports

7. Budgeting management

  • Possesses advanced skills in budgeting and financial management
  • Develops sophisticated budgeting models and forecasting techniques to optimize resource allocation
  • Implement strategies to optimize costs, improve contribution margins, and enhance overall financial performance
  • BA budget planning quarterly/ yearly
  • Analysis and report

8. Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop the trade marketing team to achieve KPIs
  • Promote a high-performance culture with resilience, focus, and passion to win
  • Encourage innovation and challenge conventional practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness

9. OH&S responsibilities as spelt out in the procedure OHS-PR-12

  • Follow the OH&S regulation at workplace
  • Live and promote OH&S on the road and at customer plant

III. REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor degree in business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SAP
  • Confident business English 4 skills
  • 3-5 years working in channel management/ trade promotion level
  • 1-3 years in managerial position with well reputed international company
  • Well experienced in working with 3rd agencies (events/ POSM/ Signboard)
  • Willing with frequent business trips

IV. OTHER INFORMATION:

  • 100% salary on probation
