MAIN DUTIES:

1. Lead development and implementation short term trade promotion program to achieve business objectives

  • Work closely with Sales manager/ Regional sales managers/ MBI manager to conduct regional analysis to identify opportunities in maximizing business performance, build trade campaign aligned with topline directions.
  • Develop and implement trade promotion campaign to drive achievement KPIs at retailer level (volume, share, coverage)
  • Pre-& post promotions evaluation through: estimated ROI, market feedback as well as market data readings when applicable.
  • Ensure team members understand and align the strategy and key objective.
  • Frequent study market trends and customers insight to deliver the initiatives for trade campaigns.

2. Budget and spending management

  • Monitor proposed and actual trade spending with monthly budget to drive achievement of price and net sales target.
  • CM-driven proposal through developing related tools and materials (routine cost, ROI, etc.)

3.Ensure promotion payment procedure to be on-time in-full

  • Manage execution plan with internal function and wholesalers to payment on-time in-full
  • Manage implementation plan with 3rd party vendors to produce and monitor the usage and innovation of payment items/ services/ tour.

4. Ensure process complied to internal/external procedure requirement

  • Comply internal audit procedures

5. Lead, engage, coach & develop the Brand Activation team

  • Engage, coach & develop people to assure good and effective functioning of team and succession planning
  • Stir the innovation thinking to the team

REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SAP
  • TOEIC: 725 at least

2. Relevant Experience

  • 3-5 years working in channel management/ trade promotion level
  • 1-3 years in managerial position with well reputed international company
  • Well experienced in working with 3rd agencies (events/ POSM/ Signboard)
