MAIN DUTIES:

  1. Administrative responsible.

  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
  • Create, update & checking workflows
  • Analyze information data received from RE/SE.
  • Checking and follow all pre-sale order from SE_RE have been done.
  • Control the sales incentive payment process

2. Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility.

  • Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 and SDD-ENV-PR-07
  • Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue.

3. Reporting.

  • Monthly management meeting report
  • SE status tracking report

4. Improve customer loyalty.

  • Make relationship with distributor system
  • Promote Insee cement solutions as the solutions for different technical requirements of customer.
  • Approach projects, in collaboration with Retail Sale/Project Sale/DryMix Sale

5. Market visit & Engagement.

  • Market/customers visit monthly
  • Join seminar or Workshop
  • Payment Contractor incentive

6. Warehouse Inventory Management.

  • Conduct monthly warehouse inventory checks to verify stock levels and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed inventory records and promptly report discrepancies to relevant teams.
  • Implement and improve inventory tracking systems to enhance operational efficiency.

7. Internal & External connection and teamwork.

  • Act as the point of contract for all participants
  • Work with closing with stakeholder (internal, external)-Drymix
  • Making good internal network with orther department
  • Work closely with Maketing team, Manufacturing team, QA, Customer Care team
  • The ability to raise with good ideas and implement plans when teamwork
  • Willing to support the companys project

8. Stock and Sales Coordination.

  • Update lot information and stock quantities to support the sales team with accurate data.
  • Generate and provide timely stock reports to facilitate smooth sales operations.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to optimize stock allocation

9. Product Planning and Ordering.

  • Monitor product demand trends and plan orders accordingly to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and replenishment of inventory.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting for product procurement to align with business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years working experience
  • English skill: fluent communication
