MAIN DUTIES:

1. Execute and operate event/workshop/activation programs (60%)

  • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of events such as seminars, customer conferences, exhibitions, on-site activations, plant tours, technical workshops, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to handle logistics including venue setup, equipment, gifts, branding materials, documents, etc.
  • Monitor project timelines, budget, and execution quality
  • Assist in preparing checklists, timelines, and briefs for all stakeholders
  • Attend and support on-site during the event to ensure smooth operations

2. Event performance tracking & reporting (20%) Collect and compile participant feedback

  • Support in analyzing event effectiveness: attendance, ROI, budget, media coverage, etc.
  • Prepare post-event reports (After Action Review AAR)
  • Collaborate with Brand Communications team to monitor communication impact if applicable

3. Supporting in other business & marketing segment activities (20%)

  • Assist in brand campaigns or customer engagement activities
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for BTL campaigns

4. OH&S responsibilities as spelt out in the procedure OHS-PR-12 (Requirement)

  • Follow the OH&S regulation at workplace.
  • Live and promote OH&S on the road and at customer plant.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, events, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices
  • Good at English (both speaking & writing)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience (at least 6 months) in Marketing field
  • Well experienced in working with event/activation agencies
