System Specialist (Data Analyst)

MAIN DUTIES:

1. System controller & Administrtion (ERP SAP, CRM SFDC, ISCN, e-Invoice, VBA Programs)

- Validate new difference account master data created by end users in both ERP SAP & CRM SFDC

- Control Active Inactive customers in SFDC as approved process

- Handle all incidents, new business request of ISCN, E-Invoice

2. Responsible for operational reports

- Frequently review the current process, define the painpoints and get involve relevant team to find solution to improve

- Receive requests from functional teams, analyze requirements, coordinate with related teams to provide solutions & develop reports according to needs and re-validate documents

- Take part into the solution discussion as well as be changed for the report.

- Working with internal members and related teams to ensure the accuracy of data, strict data process.

- Take lead the SIT, UAT, training

3. Other tasks as assigned

- Create/ inactive Insee connect users for customers as approval form

- Mass update data

- Survey designer

- Do reports as required

- Etc,..

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in business with experience in system/database

- Bachelors degress in IT database administrator

- English level: Good at speaking, reading & writing

2. Relevant Experience

- 2-3 years experience in CRM or SAP O2C business analyst

- 2-3 years experience in Sales & marketing department is advantage
