Working location:
- Cat Lai Grinding Station - Km7 Nguyen Thi Dinh Street, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City
MAIN DUTIES:
Participate in designing and implementing technical solutions to meet waste collection and transportation needs.
- Conduct site surveys and design feasible technical solutions that comply with legal requirements, SCC-VNs safety standards. · Research potential risks and define safety measures for waste collection activities ·
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and resource plans for approved solutions ·
- Develop implementation plans and coordinate with relevant teams/departments for new operations ·
- Independently resolve technical issues arising at customer sites.
Manage waste collection and transportation
- Monitor daily waste collection activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Identify and assess risks related to waste collection operations.
- Resolve issues and respond promptly to complaints or feedback related to logistics services
- Maintain clear communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage transportation and manpower contractors during service delivery to ensure performance, compliance, and efficiency
Review and assess existing logistics operations system for improve
- Conduct After-Action Reviews (AAR) to capture lessons learned and enhance logistics or environmental services.
- Analyze logistics costs to evaluate actual performance versus targets
- Contribute and analyze ideas to identify on the most effective improvements for logistics team.
- Prepare reports as required or on a regular basis
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Chemistry, Transportation, or related fields- Good English communication (reading and writing skills)
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in:
Waste management services
Waste/AFR logistics and inventory management
Classification of waste/AFR and acceptance criteria
Environmental and OH&S requirements in waste/AFR handling and transportation
Documentation for waste/AFR collection and movement
2. Relevant Experience
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome- Internship or part-time experience in transportation, logistics, or environmental fields is a plus
- Willing to work in field-based conditions and adapt to real-world challenges
