MAIN DUTIES:

1. Monitor Sales Management Process

  • Prepare and/or track sales reports as per requirements

2. Monitor Sales Training and Coaching Plan

  • Coordinate the planning process of annual, quarterly, monthly sales training and coaching
  • Be the contact point for tracking sales training and coaching implementation versus annual plan
  • Update progress to management team

3. Maintain and build training materials

  • Support in to build, review materials in master list
  • Develop training materials in different format (slides, videos, hand-on) as required by business needs
  • Maintain master list of training materials

4.Coordinate training activities

  • Coordinate assigned training courses: working with trainers for material and target participants, arrange time, location, evaluation, record monthly database
  • Monitor the training evaluation of all training courses under Commercial TMP

5. Train basic skills

  • Train sales team on basic soft skills, including induction training, monthly and quarterly training refresh

6. Capability Building Processes

  • Monitor the relevant workstream, ensure completion of planned actions
  • Ensure the compliance of relevant processes owned by Salesforces Development

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • B.A Degree

2. Relevant Experience:

  • Fresh graduate or 01-year experience working in Learning and Development. Experience in sales training, learning materials design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point.)
  • Good data analysis skills
  • Good communication skills
