I2I LAB ENGINEER

MAIN DUTIES:

1. OHS responsibilities as spelt out in the procedure OHS-PR-12

• Do toolbox meeting weekly/ Tham dự các cuộc thảo luận an toàn hàng tuần
• Report any potential risk during testing/ Báo cáo các rủi ro tiềm ẩn phát hiện được khi làm việc
• Follow any OHS regulations/ Tuân thủ các điều lệ An toàn

2. Complete the professionally work assignment

• Strictly follow test procedure; minute of meeting commitment; any assignment from supervisor/ Tuân thủ các quy trình thử nghiệm, hoàn thành các công việc được giao hay các thỏa thuận trong các cuộc họp
• Maintain and improve ISO/IEC 17025 system/ Duy trì và cải tiến hệ thống ISO/IEC 17025
• Develop and implement new testing methods to adapt customer requirements. / Phát triển và triển khai thực hiện các phương pháp thử mới đáp ứng yêu cầu khách hàng.
• Instruct new comers/ trainees for testing methods and Lab rules/ Hướng dẫn nhân viên mới và nhân viên học việc về nguyên tắc Phòng thí nghiệm và các phương pháp thử.
• Active discuss with internal customer to understand test requirement and satisfy them/ Thảo luận hợp tác với khách hàng nội bộ để hiểu và đáp ứng yêu cầu của họ
• Prevent any unprofessionally of helper may impact to image of department/ kiểm soát nhân viên nhà thầu để đảm bảo họ tuân thủ quy định của Bộ phận

3. Partially share document control tasks with the supervisor 

• Follow up document control package as commitment to do in department meeting or assignment/ Tuân thủ các cam kết và hoàn thành công việc được giao.

4. Initiation for improvement and innovation

• Raise any abnormalities of raw material of VIP customers, our products. for improvement of our products/ and suggest new ideals for innovation of new products/ Phát hiện các sự việc bất thường trong sản phẩm, quy trình test, hoặc thay đổi chất lượng vật liệu của Khách hàng VIP trong thử nghiệm để cải tiến sản phẩm, và đưa ra các ý kiến đề xuất phát triển sản phẩm mới

5. Working at customer sites and the i2i lab.

• Perform concrete/mortar/paste tests as planned in routine tasks and projects that arise. Ensure testing quality and look for initiatives to improve. Thực hiện thử nghiệm bê tông, vữa, hồ xi măng theo kế hoạch định kỳ hoặc các dự án phá sinh. Đảm bảo về chất lượng kết quả thử nghiệm, luôn tìm kiếm các ý kiến cải tiến quy trình.
• Support TC team to work directly with some of customers Technical team which appointed to run the VIP testing./ Hỗ trợ TC làm việc trực tiếp với Đội kĩ thuật của các khách hàng VIP.
• Co-operate with TC team to perform trials at customer sites/ Phối hợp với TC để thực hiện các thử nghiệm tại công trường và nhà máy của khách hàng.
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers for collecting raw materials and be on behalf of TC team in working with customers (if any) / Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng được giao để thu thập vật liệu đầu vào cho mục đích thử nghiệm.

6. Be Involved in i2i activities

• Whenever required, conduct basic and advanced training courses in the form of online or offline for external and internal customers at Insee or customer sites.
• Perform tests and trials of VAS, concrete mix design for customers, throughout customer visits and experiments, activities of research and training.
• Collect information and draw up documents for the i2i program, such as training materials, WIs, technical data, and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Intermediate college or above in technical field
• Construction engineer
  

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Aggregate & concrete testing is an advantage.
