Environment internship

MAIN DUTIES:

1.Effectively implement Environment Corporate activities

• Support on environment team in have data collection and analysis of environment monitoring and environmental performance results.
• Join in environment initiatives projects for 2025
• Support on INSEE Green programs implementation in 2025: Site green day, programs relating environmental activities with local authorities (WED), prepare to organize internal environmental workshops.
• Support to set up the legal environmental reporting templates (yearly report, GHG, develop plan to reduce GHG) as required by environmental protection law.
• Assist in data collection and analysis to inform EDP recertification assessment.
• Other tasks as given by Environment team during internship period.

2. Administration 

• Support the team to handle administration tasks (payment, Purchase Request, etc.).
• Other tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational Qualifications: In fields related to the environment such as Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Ecology, or related disciplines.
• Professional Knowledge: Understanding of environmental management principles and practices, environmental laws and regulations, and environmental management systems such as ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, project management skills, communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to use tools and software related to environmental management.
  

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Must be of proficiency in English skills (writing, speaking, reading and listening), be able to assist in writing tasks in both English & Vietnamese versions.
