MAIN DUTIES:

1. Coordinate Leadership Development Programs including

  • Coordinate all courses & activities and vendor management
  • Follow up from nomination process to course implementation, communication, assessment and reporting
  • Review program effectiveness and propose improvement basing on business objectives and new learning methodologies

2. Learning Management System (LMS) coordinator

  • Act as system coordinator in terms of technologies, working flows and reporting
  • Run periodically reports

3. Organize corporate training and English programs as scheduled

  • Basing on the training needs collected from HRBP to implement courses in full cycle (sourcing vendors/mapping the needs/content finalizing/organizing/action plan follow up/recording on SAP)

4. HR project & Other assignments as and when required by the manager

  • Implement the HR project as planned
  • Participate other HR activities as or projects organizing & arrangements, if any

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Human resource management or relevant degrees
  • Proven verbal and written at bilingual abilities (Vietnamese/English)
  • High degree of computer literacy for Microsoft Office

2. Relevant Experience:

  • At least 02 years in HR role (L&D)
