MAIN DUTIES:

1. Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility

  • Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 and SDD-ENV-PR-07
  • Must comply with all company HS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue.
  • Participate in and plan for ECOCERT, ISO and customer review and audits.
  • Implement FPE and CSM for Logistics team in Cat Lai
  • Take necessary actions for findings relating to ECOCERT and ISO
  • Logistics team

2. Participate in designing chemical/biological techniques for demands of waste collections and transportation

  • Survey the sites as required then design chemical/biological solutions that are feasible, meet legal requirements, Insees safety standard and most economic.
  • Prepare break-down cost & resources for performing approved solutions.
  • Research potential risks and safety measures for waste collection
  • Organize implementation plans and coordinate new activities with another teams / department.
  • Independent solving the issues occurred at customer sites.

3. Manage waste collection and transportation 

  • Monitor waste collection.
  • Identify risks of waste collection
  • Estimate the logistics cost to evaluate the actual performance.
  • Solving the issues and response complaint/feedback related to Logistics services.
  • Discuss and communicate with stakeholders

4. Waste assessment Count and check waste at customer site

  • Independent solving the issues occurred at customer sites during waste assessment.
  • Discuss and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Contractor Safety Management for one of current vendors provided services for Logistics team

5. Perform Environmental service & projects

  • Research on scientific information, treatment method, e.g and propose solutions which are potential to apply.
  • Survey project as required then designing the solution that feasible and most economic and meet INSEE safety standards.
  • Prepare break-down cost & resources for performing approved solutions.
  • Coordinate and plan the assigned task of projects.
  • Independent solving the issues occurred at customer sites.

6. Review and assess existing logistics operations system, advise on corrective measures and improved actions to be undertaken

  • Do After-Action Review after each solution/plan/procedure/project for Lesson Learnt in order improve the Logistics and Environmental services.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions on team meetings aimed to develop logistics team.
  • Participate on analyzing contributed ideas and solutions to have the most effective ones for follow-up.
  • Report as requirements or report periodically

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Transport, Environment or related field is preferred.
  • English: good at communication.
  • Waste management service
  • Waste/ AFR logistics and inventory management
  • Waste/ AFR types and acceptance criteria
  • Environment and OH&S aspects of waste/ AFR handling and transportation.
  • Waste/ AFR collection documentation requirements
  • Contract documentation management
  • Customer database management

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2-year working experiences in shipping, logistics fields is preferred.
  • Working experience with waste materials is an advantage
