I. JOB PURPOSES:

Insee have been positioned as an engineer in innovative cement (bag) solution providers, and we're looking for a Technical Consultant Engineer, who will:

  • Develop, promote the appropriate cement applications to the market as well as demonstrate himself as a representative of Insee in technical consulting activities.
  • Responsible to solve technical complaints from customers
  • Responsible to guide the development and market positioning of bag cement solution
  • Work closely with influencers to promote cement product in the design phase to improve cement sales opportunities

II. MAIN DUTIES:

1. Technical Consulting to customers:

  • Provide technical consulting on how to use Insee solutions efficiently
  • Work closely & engage with the construction company, contractor
  • Work closely with Sales to define customers needs before offering the solutions
  • Coordinate the trial mix activities
  • Develop network with project owners, designers/consultants, contractors to understand present and future key needs
  • Enhance Insee's opportunities and build trust to customers

2. Complaint solving

  • Support customer in complaint solving or when required by Technical Consultant Superintendent (line manager)
  • Job priority settlement (complaint solving/ support customers)
  • 100% support on time & SLA compliance
  • 100% update on time & accurate

3. Improve customer loyalty

  • Make a relationship with the distributor system
  • Promote Insee cement solutions as the solutions for different technical requirements of customers with high spirit of contribution and engagement
  • Approach projects, in collaboration with Retail Sale/Project Sale/DryMix Sale

4. Internal connection and teamwork

  • Making good internal network with other departments
  • Work closely with the Marketing team, Manufacturing team, Customer Care team
  • The ability to raise good ideas and implement plans when teamwork
  • Willing to support the companys project

5. Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility

  • Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 and SDD-ENV-PR-07
  • Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue

III. REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree (Construction or Materials degree)
  • From 3 years of experience, or at least 1 year ++ for the same scope
  • Good hands-on knowledge of cement, concrete, and mortar
  • Business exposure will be preferred.
  • Confident in MS Office
  • Intermediate English
  • Presentation, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal and body language) skills
  • Hard-working, good communication & presentation & negotiation with proven influence
