RYYVX89R | Project Sales Executive | Infrastructure Projects

MAIN DUTIES:

1/ Sales & Business Development: 

• Identify and develop new project-based sales opportunities.

• Meet builders, contractors, architects, government departments, and fabricators to promote cement products.

• Work with Technical Consultants for presales activities.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets: volume, price, market share

2/ Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in construction projects.

• Understand customer needs and propose tailored cement solutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3/ Project Coordination:

• Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in assigned territory.

• Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and support.

Monitor project progress and resolve any issues affecting supply or execution.

4/ Market Intelligence & Reporting:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Advise managers on relevant marketing tools and strategies.

5/ Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure proper documentation including contracts, and other documents
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• University (construction degree, construction materials).

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years working in Commercial function in a large company
• Strong communication, negotiation, flexible in problem solving.
• Have good relationship with real estate investor, construction consulting company & contractor Fluent English
