[Nhơn Trạch] HSE Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE

Manage health & safety and security activities of the Grinding Station to ensure in compliance with legal requirements, safe working environment, no violation on safety / security and contribute to the ZERO HARM journey of the company.
Build and sustain positive relationships with local authorities and community.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Health & Safety control and Environment responsibility

• Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 as shown in item 8.4 and INSEE 5 H&S rules
• Ensure employees, visitors, third party providers and contractors in compliance with all company QEHS policy, procedures, standards, rules and regulations
• Develop annual H&S improvement plan and monitor the implementation
• Carry out SOT, PTO, EOT and develop action plan for improvement
• Report plant hazards, incidents recorded in Company safety report systems and follow up corrective and preventive actions as a result of hazard / incident reports or incident investigations
• Plan and inspect firefighting system periodically
• Develop and follow up ER drill plan
• Manage housekeeping activities in work place
• Organize accident investigation and follow up action plan
• Organize Toolbox talks

2. Security control Supervise security activities, manpower, tools and performance of contractor

• Propose monthly security plan
• Control reliability and capability of Security systems to ensure investigate and treat timely and properly
• Involve in networking with authorities, community to support plant security operation
• Propose solutions to improve security throughout the plant

3. Contractor safety management Supervise contractor activities=

• Conduct induction and training for contractors
• Control and permit contractors
• Monitor inspection of contractor's tools, equipment, vehicle, etc
• Coordinate with H&S corporate for CSM prequalification

4. System compliance control Plan and follow up certification for special equipment / tools according to safety requirements and Vietnamses legislation

• Coordinate with plant team to follow up FPE directives from corporate
• Participate in internal, external and surveillance audits, i.e. OHSAS 18001, safety Pyramid, etc.
• Control implementation of corrective and preventive actions from the audit results
• Control and store records, data, documents

5. People development

• Develop and implement KPIs

• Develop and conduct H&S training plan for plant staff
