Main Duties:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will take ownership of procurement activities for the Logistics Operations category — a strategic function with direct impact on the efficiency of our entire supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement for logistics operation services, including material handling, crane/lifting equipment rental, stevedoring, manpower services, and warehouse rental
  • Provide project-based support for logistics transportation procurement: bulk truck, barge, and sea vessel transport
  • Negotiate and manage contract terms and conditions to safeguard the company's best interests
  • Analyze supplier performance and maintain a competitive, capable supplier base
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and scope optimization through data-driven procurement analysis
  • Develop new suppliers while nurturing existing relationships to sustain procurement competitiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth, effective execution of procurement activities
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and submit management reports as required

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
  • Proficient in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
  • Background in a Multinational Corporation (MNC), especially in the Construction or Building Materials industry, is a strong advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of heavy bulk material handling equipment is a significant plus
  • Strong negotiation skills — both with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and interpret procurement data to drive decisions
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage conflict, and maintain composure under pressure
