I. JOB PURPOSES:
- To identify, develop, and manage strategic opportunities in Port & Bridge infrastructure projects, acting as a key connector between Presales, Sales, and Technical teams
- The role builds high-level relationships with government bodies, EPCs (engineering, procurement, and construction), and project stakeholders to strengthen INSEEs presence in large-scale infrastructure segments, contributing directly to business growth and long-term market positioning
II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Strengthen pre-sales and sales collaboration for major infrastructure projects
- Act as the key technical and relationship bridge between Presales, Technical and Sales teams
- Provide early-stage consultation on technical and commercial project aspects prior to bidding
- Improved conversion rate in project sales pipeline
- Enhanced technical alignment between Presales and Sales
2. Lead engagement with metro and railway project networks
- Initiate and lead seminars, workshops, and technical discussions with contractors and stakeholders
- Represent INSEE in key industry events
- Increased project visibility and engagement with target clients
- Positive brand perception in infrastructure segment
3. Develop and maintain a network of potential constructors and tenders
- Develop and maintain key relationships with engineering, procurement, and construction firms in the relevant industry
- Connect with consultants, design institutes, and project owners to identify early leads
- Share actionable intelligence with Sales team for tender participation
- Updated and actionable project database
- Number of qualified leads/tenders generated
4. Provide high-level consultation and expert networking
- Engage with international consultants to exchange technical insights
- Lead technical connection and knowledge transfer activities
- Partnerships or collaborations initiated
- Increased technical credibility and reference cases
5. Support Sales, tendering and technical proposal process
- Coordinate with Technical and Sales teams to prepare technical submissions and pre-qualification documents
- After initial engagement, qualified transfer leads to Sales team for commercial negotiation
- Provide background technical support when required
- Provide market intelligence on bidding activities and competitor movements
- Successful handover of qualified leads
- Smooth coordination between technical and sales functions
6. Drive sales and market planning for LIP (Large Infrastructure Project) segment
- Collaborate with Head of Sales to define go-to-market strategy for infrastructure projects
- Identify future opportunities in infrastructure sectors
- Defined LIP sales plan and roadmap
- Market share growth in LIP segment
7. Build and leverage high-level relationships
- Build connections with maritime authorities, transport ministries, and infrastructure investors
- Maintain and grow relationships with government agencies, project owners, and key decision-makers
- Relationship matrix developed
- Invitations or collaborations with strategic partners
8. Other:
- Other relevant responsibilities according to line managers assignment
III. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Engineering, or equivalent
- Masters degree in engineering management or business (a plus)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in technical consulting, Port and Bridge projects (we also welcome senior candidates from 5 years ++ with strong network & skillset)
- Prior experience from metro consulting or major infrastructure firms
- Strong technical understanding of construction materials, Port and Bridge infrastructure
- Deep understanding of tender and presales process in large infrastructure projects
- Confident English (especially speaking)
- Proven relationship with government agencies and related authorities
- Excellent stakeholder management, networking, and public speaking skills
