QA Chemist

JOB PURPOSE

Control quality of all cement product at NHON to ensure to meet national standards and internal specification.
Test properties of cement and raw materials for monitoring quality of purchased material and product quality, implement and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 system

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 and SDD-ENV-PR-07

• Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue.
  

2. Implement management system ISO/VILAS Perform and maintain equipment calibration as scheduled.

• Implement Procedures and WIs in daily activities.
• Arrange to take corrective and preventive actions through the use of audit results, daily testing and proficiency tests.
• Arrange to update records and documents of QMSs, responsible for quality system and testing technical administer at NHON Lab.
  

3. Test properties of cement and raw materials Tests physical and chemical properties for cement and raw materials on time.
Manage, plan and follow receiving, sending and testing samples from/to other Labs.

4. Monitor raw material, cement semi and final product performance. Analyse data of raw material, cement semi and final product performance to adjust cement target to meet product quality requirements.

5. Replace NHON QA Supervisor, senior technician in case of necessary.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in chemistry
Quality management system ISO 9001 and ISO 17025

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year in cement industry , 1 year in Lab cement (physical and chemical) , 6 years with ISO/IEC 17025
