About the job Brand Activation Executive
Job Summary
Plan and execute trade promotion programs and brand activation activities to support Sales in achieving sales volume and market share targets. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing projects effectively.
Main Duties:
- Plan and implement trade promotions and campaigns across regions
- Work closely with Sales team to drive sales performance (volume, coverage, market share)
- Manage full promotion process: proposal execution evaluation payment
- Build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and contractors
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights/recommendations
- Develop innovative activation ideas and manage branding at point of sale
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales
- Good English and strong communication/negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel
