We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (Tech Lead) to join a highly skilled engineering team driving innovation in a mission-critical environment.
In this role, you will work as part of a team of 5 developers, lead the development of microservices, and take a significant part in building a complex and modern workload pipeline architecture.
This position offers the opportunity to influence core systems, work at scale, and build advanced backend infrastructure in a challenging and technologically rich environment.
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience as a backend developer using one of the following languages: TypeScript / Node.js / Python
Strong background in Computer Science
Practical, hands-on experience with:
PostgreSQL
Redis
RabbitMQ
NATS
Practical experience developing in a containerized environment:
Docker, Kubernetes
Advantages
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP
Experience with workflow management/orchestration frameworks such as Temporal.io, Apache Airflow, Dagster
Experience with GIS technologies
Experience with modern UI frameworks
