About the Role
As a Team Lead, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of backend developers

Take ownership of complex, large-scale cloud systems

Be actively involved in architecture, design, and hands-on development

Work in a dynamic, highly innovative environment that drives technological excellence

Contribute to strategic, large-scale data and infrastructure initiatives in demanding operational environments
In addition, the role includes responsibilities such as:

Designing and developing large-scale data pipelines for ingesting and processing diverse datasets generated by advanced analytical systems

Building internal tools and backend services that enable efficient data management and editing workflows
-
Delivering high-availability, high-performance data services consumed by multiple systems across the organization
-
Creating innovative infrastructure solutions capable of meeting strict performance, scale, and resiliency requirements
-
Working with modern geospatial and data-oriented technologies in combination with cutting-edge backend engineering practices
Requirements
-
7+ years of experience in software development
-
Proven experience as a Team Lead managing and mentoring developers
-
Strong backend orientation with a hands-on technical approach
