Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative is vital in delivering exceptional support to our customers, including dealers, distributors, sales reps, and end-users, enhancing our reputation as a leading provider of dental products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries including product info, orders, returns, pricing, and status updates.
- Support domestic and international customers, coordinate consignment, and assist with international freight.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide product and promotional information.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email, maintaining high performance and customer loyalty.
- Ensure timely order processing, address stock issues, and assist other departments as needed.
- On-site position with occasional overtime or weekends.
Requirements:
- 2 years in a call center environment.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in freight/logistics
- Familiarity with web-based tools (e.g., ERP, Salesforce, MS Office).
- Ability to handle different personalities and work in high-pressure environments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
