Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Administrator to support administrative and project coordination tasks across all our global entities. The ideal candidate will assist with managing administrative operations, overseeing legal and compliance matters, and coordinating internal projects on an international scale. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of our company across regions and requires strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks for all company entities, including maintaining compliance with local regulations, processing payments, and coordinating documentation.

  • Collaborate with external accountants, legal advisors, and government agencies in Thailand.

  • Assist in onboarding new employees (Thailand), ensuring all documentation is complete.

  • Assist in TH office management to ensure that office operation/facilities are running smoothly.

  • Coordinate and manage internal projects.

  • Maintain and update company records, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all entities.

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparing reports.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to global operations.

  • Familiarity with accounting processes, payroll, and compliance regulations in one or more regions, including Thailand.

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across time zones.

  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana or Trello.

  • Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation is a plus.

  • A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, can-do attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
