About the Role
Our client is seeking a Personal Yacht Concierge to join its luxury sales team in Plantation, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who is passionate about travel, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a sales environment centered on exceptional service.
In this position, you will promote and sell luxury yachting experiences through outbound outreach to past guests and new prospects, while also handling inbound calls and emails from your client list. The role involves qualifying guests, guiding them to the best vacation option, and delivering a five-star experience before and after booking.

Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be local to the Plantation, Florida area
- Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of sales experience preferred
- Travel industry sales experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Seaware / Seaweb training is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
