About the Role

Our client is seeking Junior Dental Sales Representatives with a strong hunter mentality to drive new business across key territories. This role is ideal for early-career sales professionals looking to step into a high-growth medical device environment.

The position requires proactively prospecting and building relationships with dental offices, navigating gatekeepers, and generating new business opportunities. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving sales cycle and contributing to rapid territory expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ year of dental sales experience (required)
• 1–5 years of total sales experience (early-career hunter profile)
• Background with dental dealers or manufacturers (e.g., Schein, Benco, Patterson) strongly preferred
• Proven ability to prospect and generate new business
• Comfortable calling on dental offices and navigating gatekeepers
• Strong communication, persistence, and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

Compensation

Base Salary: $80K–$90K

On-Target Earnings: $160K+ (uncapped)
