About the Role

Our client is seeking a Sales Representative / Territory Manager to support the North Dallas territory. This role focuses on promoting a newly launched specialty product to psychiatrists, pediatricians, and neurology-related offices within physician practice settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a successful outside B2B sales professional who wants to transition into specialty pharmaceutical sales. The position offers a strong base salary, company car, competitive total compensation, and no overnight travel.

The ideal candidate will be polished, driven, and relationship-oriented, with the ability to succeed in a performance-based sales environment and build strong physician-office relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside B2B sales experience required
  • Strong documented sales track record required
  • Must be able to provide rankings, performance metrics, and measurable results
  • Strong career stability required

Preferred backgrounds include structured outside sales environments such as payroll, uniform, telecommunications, office equipment, advertising, and other consultative B2B sales organizations.

Compensation and Territory

  • Base salary: $85,000 to $90,000
  • Total compensation at plan: $120,000 to $125,000
  • Company car provided
  • Territory: North Dallas, Texas
  • No overnight travel
