About the Role
Our client is seeking an Aesthetic Sales Representative / Territory Manager to support a multi-state territory based in either Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, UT. The territory includes Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and the Dakotas and is considered to be in good condition with strong opportunity for growth.

This role focuses on selling aesthetic devices into private practice settings, including dermatology, plastic surgery, and other physician offices. The ideal candidate will be a true hunter who is comfortable prospecting for new business daily, building relationships with providers, and driving revenue growth across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a highly transactional environment and wants to represent a leading product portfolio with a reputable organization. The compensation package includes a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 with total compensation at plan of $250,000–$300,000+, plus base, commission, bonus, and a company car. Travel is approximately 50%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven sales experience in aesthetics, dermatology, private practice, dental, or strong B2B sales
  • Prior experience selling aesthetic devices or other devices/capital equipment into physician offices strongly preferred
  • Existing relationships in the Denver or Utah markets highly valued
  • Ability to prospect consistently and develop new business in a field-based sales role
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of success in a competitive, quota-driven environment
  • Open to candidates coming from hospital capital sales who want to transition into private practice selling
  • Stable work history required
