About the Role
Our client is seeking a Manager, Charter Coordination to join its team in Plantation, Florida. This is a highly visible, client-facing opportunity for a polished and detail-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, managing moving pieces, and delivering a high-touch service experience.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for charter clients, guiding them through the planning process and ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly from start to finish. You will coordinate premium services such as transfers, excursions, beverage packages, and special requests, while working closely with internal teams and onboard staff to ensure an exceptional client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, enjoys creating smooth and memorable experiences for clients, and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once. It also offers the opportunity to travel and meet with clients in person as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in event planning, luxury hospitality, client relations, or a similar client-facing environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to provide a high level of service
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional presence
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and details independently
- Sales or client-facing experience with a consultative approach
- Experience coordinating complex logistics or high-touch client requests
- Knowledge of charter travel, ports, or destination-based planning is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using digital planning and communication tools
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, site visits, and planning needs
