About the Role

Our client is seeking a Sales Support professional to cover the Houston market, calling on plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, and women's health practices. This is a field-based, highly transactional sales role that requires a true hunter mentality and a willingness to prospect consistently to generate new business opportunities.

The role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys daily outreach, relationship building, and closing business within physician office settings. Candidates with strong B2B sales experience, particularly those with door-to-door or heavy prospecting backgrounds, will be especially attractive. The client will also consider candidates with experience selling medical devices into physician practices.

This position offers a base salary of $70,000 with total compensation at plan in the $140,000 to $150,000 range, along with a $650 monthly car allowance. Travel is expected to be approximately 40% within the territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong prospecting and new business development experience
  • Solid formal sales training
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with a willingness to prospect daily
  • Strong B2B sales background preferred
  • Medical device sales experience calling on physician offices is also of interest
  • Strong work ethic and comfort working in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the territory
