About the Role
This Associate will advise health care-focused clients on complex regulatory and transactional matters, with a particular focus on telemedicine, digital health, and health innovation. The role involves working across a broad range of client matters, including the application of federal and state health care laws to transactions, and supporting innovative clients from early-stage companies to major national organizations.
The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and communication skills, the ability to manage sophisticated legal matters, and the confidence to work directly with clients and senior attorneys. This attorney will also have the opportunity to mentor junior associates and contribute meaningfully to the continued success of the Health Care Practice Group.
Requirements
Candidates should have 4–6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience, with up to 8 years considered, along with a strong academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience advising health care clients, particularly in telemedicine, digital health, and health innovation, is highly valued. A JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active Bar membership in good standing are required.
