About the Role

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to report directly to the VP of Marketing. This position will play a key role in supporting and growing the company's portfolio of patient connections, cardiac cables, leadwires, and neuromonitoring connections. The primary call points for the business include nursing and acute care environments.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations to support new product adoption and identify opportunities to expand the existing product portfolio. You will be responsible for building business plans, leading cross-functional planning efforts, and driving programs from concept through commercialization.

This role is based in the South Florida area, with the opportunity to work from either Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Travel is expected to be approximately 30% and includes both domestic and international travel for trade shows and visits to manufacturing sites. The position offers a base salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, with total compensation ranging from $135,000 to $165,000, plus bonus and full benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 to 5 years of product management experience required
  • Medical device industry experience required
  • Strong marketing background within medical device required
  • Experience supporting hospital or acute care product lines preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations
  • Experience building business plans and leading product initiatives from concept through commercialization
  • Strong understanding of product portfolio growth and new product adoption strategies
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%, including domestic and international travel
  • Must currently reside in the South Florida area or be willing to relocate
